    2. This was a fun read. Living today, having been born after the time this book is set in, I am more familiar with homosexuality being a more normal part of conversation, with gay characters on TV and in movies, and so on. This book takes us back to a time where gays did not have legal rights to marry and had their relationships constantly questioned and attacked.The mystery aspect of this book was very good, I honestly did not see the twist coming regarding the truth about the murders.
