Film screening and workshop
Tyneside Cinema, Newcastle

Thursday 12th April 2018, 2-4pm
Hosted by RECLAIM’s Team Future and the University of Manchester:

The event is particularly aimed at local stakeholders, decision-makers and community groups who are interested in young people’s role in political change, and looking for ways to improve how they involve young people in political processes.

We will open with the screening of a short film co-produced with Team Future about their experiences of political campaigning and devolution decision-making. Raising questions about the role and value of young people in devolution and wider political change, there will be the opportunity for audience members to address a panel of Team Future campaigners in a Q+A session.

The second half of the event is a workshop, led by young people from Team Future, with participatory tasks and ideas for participants to take to their own organisations/groups on how to better engage with young people.

Places are limited for the event, so we recommend registering as soon as possible here (the password is ‘teamfuture’):

Please contact or for more information – and we look forward to hopefully seeing you at the event!
