SERVICE OFFER
Our ‘Let’s Get Digital’ project is a service for anyone over 50 who would like to learn how to use their device and get better connected.
We provide 8 sessions of one-to-one support on how to use a digital device, either their own or one that we loan to them for up to a 12-week period.
Our team can help with
• Setting up a device
• Downloading and using apps
• Online banking
• Online shopping
• Emailing
• Online file management
We can also provide information or guides if you would like to learn more on
• Online safety/scams
• Getting connected
• Key terminology
REFERRAL CRITERIA
We offer this service countywide to anyone suitable over the age of 50. We can only accept referrals where a completed referrals form has been uploaded. You can find the referral form on our website Age UK Norfolk | Let’s Get Digital
