Access Migrant Support

Our Mission

ACCESS exists to help migrants settle into their local communities. We work in partnership with stakeholders to further community cohesion, to offer multi-lingual advice services and to provide practical support to overcome language barriers for our clients.

ACCESS project workers speak Lithuanian, Latvian, Russian, Polish and English. If clients do not speak one of these languages, we can still assist them in their own language by using a telephone interpretation service. Through our drop-in service, ACCESS can provide free, multi-lingual advice and information.

If clients need advice, they are very welcome to visit us, no matter which language they speak. They do not need to make an appointment, they can just come in during drop-in hours (King’s Lynn, Wisbech, Thetford).

Please find more information about our drop-in centres here:

ACCESS will support on a range of topics, including, but not limited to:

  • > UK Rights and Responsibilities

  • > Housing
  • > Benefits
  • > Assistance with completing forms
  • > Understanding utility bills (water/gas/electricity)
  •  > Booking appointments

If we cannot help for any reason, we will signpost or refer clients to an organisation that can.
