Norfolk Warm Homes Fund, lead by Broadland District Council, is a partnership programme involving all of Norfolk Councils to support individuals and families living in fuel poverty.
Grant funding is available for eligible Norfolk residents, either home owners or renters, to provide first time central gas, oil or LPG central heating.
Landlords of eligible tenants are required to contribute a minimum of 25% towards the cost of installation.
Grant funding is also available for boiler repairs for home owners and renters who are responsible for their own repairs.
Home visits are also available for the most vulnerable residents to help with energy advice, bills and income maximisation (attendance allowance, and pension credit applications).
