Support Deaf / Hard of Hearing and Deafblind. We provide services to deaf people in their first or preferred language, usually British Sign Language.

The aim of our Advocacy service is to reach out to the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (HOH) and Deafblind community to deliver statutory advocacy to those living in the Norfolk area. This is a free service.

We offer advocacy covering many areas including.

  • NHS complaints Advocacy
  • Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA)
  • Care Act Advocacy
  • Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA)
  • Relevant Paid Persons Representative
