SERVICE OFFER
Through FREE sessions delivered safely from home and beyond, we can help with increasing confidence when making trips around the local area. Journeys can be by foot, public transport, taxi, or even bike – we will help build the confidence needed to travel independently.
REFERRAL CRITERIA
We offer this service countywide to anyone suitable over the age of 50. We can only accept referrals where a completed referrals form has been uploaded. You can find the referral form on our website Age UK Norfolk | Travelling Companionship
