As costs and prices go up, more and more of us are struggling with money.

You may be able to get help to boost your income or cut your costs, but it can be hard to know where to start.

At NCAN, we have created this hub of free help and support:

Cost of Living advice for people aged 50+ from Age UK

Cost of Living advice from Citizens Advice

Cost of Living support from Norfolk County Council

Cost of Living advice for disabled people from Equal Lives

Support if money is affecting your mental health

Get in touch

Whether it’s a feeling of isolation, advice on housing, benefits, disability rights, debt and money, legal help, homelessness or domestic abuse, the charities which make up the Norfolk Community Advice Network can help you.

You can contact any of the network charities directly, or call the Your Norfolk Advice Network for help. A specially recruited team of staff will answer your calls and emails. The helpline number is 0333 996 8333 and the email is helpline@ncan.co.uk. Our opening hours are 10am – 4pm Mon – Fri.

If nobody is available to answer your call, or you phone outside these hours, you can leave a voicemail and someone will get back to you.
