Any organisation can be a member of Norfolk Community Advice Network (NCAN). It is free for the Voluntary Community Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector.
By joining NCAN you get to use the NCAN referral system which is a fast, secure and seamless way to refer your clients to the appropriate advice and support service across Norfolk.
As a member you also get to diversify your referral routes and expand your customer base via the referral system.
Members also benefit from partnership best practices and support to develop quality marks and improve their service offer.
NCAN members include:
Accredited Members:
Accredited Members hold a recognised accreditation for the area(s) of advice they provide.
Recognised accreditations are:
- Registration with the Financial Conduct Authority
- Office of the Immigration Services Commission (OISC)

Partnership Working:
In order to discuss the provision of advice in Norfolk, NCAN hold Strategic Partnership meetings every two months.
These meetings bring together strategic leads from accredited and affiliate NCAN member organisations, which includes the advice and VCSE sector, Public Sector, Norfolk County Council, District Councils, Health and commissioners.
These meetings are by invite only. If you would like your organisation to be represented or you would like to attend, please contact us to make an enquiry.
