Or you may be struggling in the workplace due to your disability or health condition.
The good news is you’re not alone!
Our dedicated Employment Advisers are here to support you to return to work quickly and offer one to one advice and coaching to help you stay there!
We can also help if you are struggling in work or are at risk of losing your job.
We can support you even if you think of your health condition as relatively minor!
Referral Criteria
- Individuals must live in Norfolk.
- Individuals must be 16 or over.
- We can support anyone with a long-term health condition. (that’s any health condition that effects the individuals' daily lives. Including conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, diabetes, and any other physical or mental health conditions).
- Individuals must not be engaging on another employment scheme funded by DWP or NHS.
- If an individual is in-work, they must have been employed for at least 6 months and working at least 7 hours per week.
