Service Offer:
-accessing services such as benefits, healthcare, and housing support
-attending appointments and filling out forms
-setting and working towards goals
-building confidence, emotional regulation, and social skills
-applying for employment, volunteering, and education
-building positive support networks

Criteria:
18 years and older
Living in Norfolk (any area) and/or intending to settle in Norfolk upon release from prison
Have received a custodial or community sentence at any point in the past

Service Office: Help and support for substance and alcohol misuse.

Criteria: Must be for those going through the criminal just system.
Must download the linked forms as part of the referral process. Please attach them to any referrals made.
