CRITERIA: Our services are offered to migrant communities in East Anglia. Unfortunately we cannot support with asylum seekers cases at the moment.
We provide support on matters such as education, employment, equality issues, discrimination, housing, immigration, loneliness and social isolation, and mental health.
We support refugees, asylum seekers and migrants in Norwich.
We offer free, confidential, and independent legal advice in the following areas: employment law, family law, general law, discrimination, domestic abuse, debt, immigration and welfare benefits (appeals and tribunals only).
We offer this service to people in Norfolk who might not otherwise be able to access legal assistance. We do not advise on criminal law (unless relating to Domestic Abuse).
We offer support in befriending, debt, employment, domestic abuse, equality issues, family, healthcare, housing, consumer rights, immigration, loneliness and social isolation, mental health, welfare benefits and more.
Our service is available to any adult over 18, with no upper age limit, in Norfolk. Those who could benefit from social prescribing include people with mild or long-term mental health problems, people with complex needs, people who are socially isolated and those with multiple long-term conditions who frequently attend either primary or secondary health care.
