SERVICE OFFER: We offer help and advice about benefits, housing, debt, money, lasting power of attorney, social care and support, telephone befriending and activities. SERVICE OFFER:
We provide face-to-face debt and budgeting advice in the Norwich area and are based at Chantry Hall. We are affiliated with the national charity Community Money Advice (CMA), who provide regulated debt advice

STEAM Café Wellbeing Hubs (in King’s Lynn and Great Yarmouth)

SERVICE OFFER: STEAM is a space, that is tailored to offer holistic assistance from fully trained multidisciplinary teams to adults experiencing a mental health crisis – day or night. They can arrange access to guidance across housing, benefits, domestic abuse, LGBTQ+ and more. There are 2 sites: one in King’s Lynn, and another one in Gorleston, near Great Yarmouth.

CRITERIA FOR ACCEPTING REFERRALS: Adults in King’s Lynn & West Norfolk; or Great Yarmouth and East Norfolk.

The Giving Wardrobe

Service Offer:
We work with any agency that supports people who are in clothing crisis for any reason.
We only work with referring agencies and will provide the clothing to that agency.

Criteria:
We cover the whole of Norfolk.
We only provide adult-sized clothing.
The referrer provides us with gender and clothing details, and we will typically provide:-
• 2-3 tops,
• 2-3 bottoms,
• New underwear and socks.
• Jumpers and coats in appropriate seasons.

SERVICE OFFER: We help with a wide range of energy related consumer advice including billing issues/queries, reviewing tariffs, switching, dealing with fuel debts, benefit entitlements, grants and energy efficiency improvements – and help customers to access extra support.
