Alzheimer’s Society

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Open for referrals. Contact via: NCAN or norfolk@alzheimers.org.uk or tel: 01603 763556 (this number is available 9-5 weekdays and answerphone facility evenings and weekends). We are offering home visits. We are contacting clients, old and new daily by telephone to give the best information, advice and support as we can.

Alzheimer's Society provides a range of support services for people with dementia, their families and their carers in Norfolk.  Acting as a first point of contact, our Dementia Advice and Support Service can be accessed with a simple telephone call to 01603 763556.  This service is established to provide information and advice about dementia, coping strategies, legal concerns, benefits and entitlements and is manned by a Dementia support Worker.  A referral can then be made for ongoing support from a Dementia Support Worker if required.

Alzheimer's Society's Dementia Support Workers are happy to provide support over the phone, to make a home visit, or to meet a client in the community to provide information and advice about dementia, coping strategies, legal concerns, benefits and entitlements.
