Library staff can help people to gain the digital skills to be able to sign up for and access the online services offered by the NHS or their GP surgery - this includes things like how to make an online appointment with a GP and ordering online repeat prescriptions.
We can also show you how to find reliable health information on NHS websites and NHS Apps.
The 1 to 1 sessions are currently delivered online over Zoom, or in person in Norfolk Libraries. We can even help you get started with Zoom.
