Wise and Warm

Wise and Warm Norfolk offers a free, confidential and impartial energy advice service throughout the Diss and Thetford district. Specialist Energy Advice is available by phone and email, or for those unable to use internet or telephone services – we offer face-to-face appointments. We help with a wide range of energy related consumer advice including billing issues/queries, reviewing tariffs, switching, dealing with fuel debts, benefit entitlements, grants and energy efficiency improvements – and help customers to access extra support.   We also offer energy advice sessions to local community groups and frontline staff and volunteers.
