Norfolk Warm and Wise offer a free, confidential and impartial energy advice service throughout Norfolk. Specialist Energy Advice is available by phone and email, or for those unable to use internet or telephone services – we offer face-to-face appointments.
We help with a wide range of energy related consumer advice including reviewing tariffs, switching, dealing with fuel debts, benefit entitlements, grants and energy efficiency improvements – and help customers to access extra support.
We also offer energy advice sessions to local community groups and frontline staff and volunteers.
