Deaf Connexions is part of the Norfolk Deaf Advocacy Service which provides advice and support for deaf people in Norfolk. As well as providing general advice and support, local Deaf Advocates can help with letters, bills and benefits, and provide support for clients where English is not their first language.

We do not necessarily have the expertise to assist with all areas of social welfare advice at all levels, but will act on behalf of the client to obtain expert advice.
For referrals, we will need to know if the client is a sign-language user as we mostly work with people who have sign language as their first language.
