We offer support into paid employment through one to one coaching and employer contacts made specifically on behalf of each individual. We also support people already in work to retain employment.
One to One Support:
We meet individuals out in the community to learn about their wants and needs around employment. For those already in work, we can either support them to keep their current job or help them find a new one.
We engage with employers on behalf of our clients to find suitable roles. We also encourage open conversation about mental health in the workplace and offer joint meetings with employer and employee to develop an in-work support plan.
We don’t stop support when someone starts work. Our appointments continue – ensuring that the transition into work is as smooth as possible. In an event when a job turns out to not be suitable, we continue to look for alternative employment.
We have very specific criteria:
- 1) Open to those whose GP Surgery falls within Norfolk and Waveney and have the right to work in the UK.
- 2) Individuals must have been receiving clinical support for their mental health for 6 months (including receiving medication), or have a diagnosis such as; psychosis, bipolar, anxiety disorder, eating disorder or personality disorder.
- 3) Aged 18+
