We offer free confidential information and advice to disabled and vulnerable people across the Borough.
We can offer support on: Benefits & entitlement; Money, Debt and finances; Help to find employment; Non-Medical Health support e.g registering at a GP, getting Covid vaccine; Digital Inclusion; Budgeting and Financial Awareness.
CRITERIA:
We offer services to: Parents/carers; Carers; People with learning disabilities; People with physical disabilities; People in social isolation; Other vulnerable people in Great Yarmouth Borough Council.
Digital Champions – Norfolk Libraries
SERVICE OFFER: We offer a 1:1 support with one of our Digital Champions at your local library to help improve your digital skills.
CRITERIA: This service is open to all people across Norfolk.
Digital Health Hub – Norfolk Libraries
SERVICE OFFER: We offer 1:1 support to access the online services offered by the NHS or GP surgeries, such as how to make online appointments or order repeat prescriptions. The 1 to 1 sessions are currently delivered online over Zoom, or in person in Norfolk Libraries. We can even help you get started with Zoom
CRITERIA: This service is open to all Norfolk residents.

We are a Disabled Persons’ Organisation run by disabled people for disabled people. We offer information and advice in areas such as employment, finances, social care and discrimination.
